The head of our Consumer Lending team, Kelley joined Citizens Bank in 2001 and has 17 years of experience covering nearly every aspect of the mortgage industry – from compliance and underwriting to servicing and origination. Her vast knowledge of the secondary mortgage market gives her an edge when helping her customers and guiding her team to the best outcomes. Kelley is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater and Western Governors University.

Rich Ambrose

Rich joined Citizens Bank in 2001. He prides himself in looking beyond his customers’ initial requests to make sure the whole picture is in view when considering financing solutions. Analyzing credit reports and financial statements for hidden clues is all in a day’s work for Rich. Active in both the Mukwonago and East Troy communities, Rich has coordinated the half-time field goal kicking contest at East Troy High School for many years.

She works closely with many local real estate agents and has been active in the East Troy community for years.
