Brett Engelking

Brett came to Citizens Bank in 2011. Prior to his career in banking, Brett worked for 20 years in land use, development, public planning, and zoning. His understanding of the many aspects of real estate gives his clients a unique edge when completing real estate transactions. Brett is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Madison as well as the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin – Madison. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for EasterSeals Southeast Wisconsin.

Ryan Lilly

First Vice President – Business Banker

Ryan joined Citizens Bank in 2015 with nearly 10 years of banking experience. He has developed a customer-first philosophy that guides him to provide the best experience possible for each of his clients, while helping them find and unlock the keys to their growth. Ryan is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater. He is a member of the Rotary Club of Mukwonago and a co-chair of the Mukwonago Area Chamber of Commerce Golf Outing Committee.

Brian Mangold

Citizens Bank welcomed Brian and his 20 years of banking and commercial lending experience to the team in 2020. Brian believes that working hands-on with his clients is the key to forming close relationships, which allows him to tailor-fit solutions for both short-term and long-term success. A graduate of Marquette University, he stays active in the community by volunteering with a number of local organizations.

Eric Olson

Citizens Bank welcomed Eric and his near decade of banking experience to the team in 2023. Having worked firsthand with many aspects of commercial lending, he enjoys working with our team to make sure that the lending process is completed in a thorough and sensible manner. This allows Eric to fit customers with products that are best suited to propel them towards their long-term goals. A UW-Whitewater graduate and southeast Wisconsin native, Eric is always excited to help businesses reinvest into our communities.

John Rinderle

John came to Citizens Bank in 2006 and has over 30 years of banking experience. Over the years, he has been told repeatedly by his clients that he utilizes both a "Think Outside The Box" and "How Can We Say Yes" approach to business lending. This approach has led to success for many of John’s clients, both large and small. John is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Parkside and a member of CARW (Commercial Association of REALTORS®).
