No one likes paying their property taxes, but we're here to take some pain out of the process.
Tips for making your payment:
- Please make sure we accept payments on behalf of your municipality by reading the information below.
- We can accept tax payments from both Citizens Bank customers and non-customers.
- Please be sure to have your tax bill, or at minimum, your tax stub along with your payment. We are not able to look up a tax bill on your behalf, but these links will allow you to search for your property:
- Cash or checks are acceptable forms of payment. If you and/or another property owner is listed as payee on an escrow check, you must endorse the back of the check.
- We can accept overpayments; however, we are not able to issue refunds.
- Payments will be accepted through January 31, 2023.
Ways you can pay, based on your location:
Town of Mukwonago
- Payments for the Town of Mukwonago accepted at the following branches: Mukwonago Main, Mukwonago Riverview, and Mukwonago Parkview (inside Pick 'n Save). Branch addresses and current hours can be found on our Locations & Hours page.
- Payments can be made via in-person, a drive-up window, or the night drop. At the Mukwonago Main branch, the 2nd drive-up lane has been designated for tax payments.
- Payments can also be mailed to: Citizens Bank, Attn: Property Tax Payments, PO Box 223, Mukwonago, WI 53149. If you would like a receipt mailed to you, please be sure to include a self-addressed stamped envelope.
- The Town of Mukwonago will not be accepting in-person payments at Town Hall.
Village of Mukwonago
- Payments for the Village of Mukwonago accepted at the following branches: Mukwonago Main, Mukwonago Riverview, and Mukwonago Parkview (inside Pick 'n Save). Branch addresses and current hours can be found on our Locations & Hours page.
- Payments can be made via in-person, a drive-up window, or the night drop. At the Mukwonago Main branch, the 2nd drive-up lane has been designated for tax payments.

- The Village of Mukwonago will be accepting in-person payments at Village Hall.
Village of Big Bend

- Payments can be made via in-person, a drive-up window, or the night drop.
- Payments can also be mailed to: Village of Big Bend, W230S9185 Nevins St., Big Bend, WI 53103
- The Village of Big Bend will be accepting in-person payments at Village Hall.
Village of Vernon
- Payments for the Village of Vernon accepted at the Vernon branch. The branch address and current hours can be found on our Locations & Hours page.
- Payments can be made via in-person or the night drop.
