Citizens Bank COVID-19 Relief Measures – Phase One

The following measures are now automatically in effect for our customers and will remain in place at least through April 30, 2020. As we approach the end of April, we will re-evaluate and extend them as necessary.
- No late charges will be assessed on any loans
- No overdraft fees will be assessed on items paid
- No ATM fees will be assessed when using a non-Citizens Bank ATM
- No stop payment fees will be assessed (for stop payments resulting from the outbreak)
If you are concerned about your ability to make mortgage or consumer loan payments and would like to discuss options including payment deferrals, please call our Loan Servicing department at 262-446-7766. Business customers should reach out directly to their Business Banker.
We anticipate that more relief will become available through government programs in the coming days and weeks. We are closely watching these developments and will share details as they become available. We are also working on additional internal programs based on what we are hearing from our customers.
